The TRIAD is a simple piece that explores the materiality of time. These are actually three separate vertically-oriented videos projected simultaneously. They are exactly the same except for the fact that they differ in duration by one frame, and they each sound a different note of a triad. While each video visually similar, the material of time creates the permutations and becomes the predominant experience. The viewer becomes part of the 'painting.'
